Trauma Intensives with Danielle Biegler

EMDR-Based Intensive Therapy Experience

A one-day trauma intensive designed to create focused momentum and meaningful therapeutic breakthrough.

Danielle's primary concern for her clients is safety. She believes that if all that is achieved in the process is for a person to feel more safe in their own body even incrementally it can be life changing.

Purpose of the Intensive

This intensive is specifically designed to help clients:

  • Break through emotional “stuck points”
  • Process unresolved trauma memories
  • Reduce emotional reactivity and overwhelm
  • Shift deeply rooted negative beliefs
  • Increase emotional regulation
  • Address anxiety, shame, and attachment wounds
  • Create movement where therapy has plateaued

Ideal Clients

This intensive may be appropriate for individuals who:

  • Feel emotionally “stuck”
  • Have insight but struggle with lasting change
  • Experience recurring emotional triggers
  • Want focused trauma treatment
  • Have a specific target memory or issue to address
  • Are motivated for deeper therapeutic work
  • Want accelerated progress

Common Presenting Concerns

  • Breakups or betrayal
  • Disturbing memories

  • Stabilization assessment

This helps ensure the intensive is safe, focused, and appropriately paced.

EMDR Processing

The intensive uses EMDR to help clients process unresolved experiences that may continue to affect emotions, relationships, beliefs, and nervous system responses.

Examples of core beliefs addressed may include:

  • “I am not safe”
  • “I am not enough”
  • “I am powerless”
  • “I cannot trust others”
  • “Something is wrong with me”

Treatment focuses on helping the brain and body process experiences in a more adaptive and integrated way.

Regulation & Grounding

Throughout the day, clients are supported with:

  • Nervous system regulation strategies
  • Grounding exercises
  • Breathwork
  • Body-awareness techniques
  • Emotional pacing
  • Resourcing exercises
  • Present-moment orientation

The goal is not emotional flooding, but safe and meaningful processing.

This intensive is intentionally designed to help clients move through barriers such as:

  • Emotional avoidance
