Areas of Experience: Betrayal, grief, postpartum struggles, relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions.

Dependable, Compassionate Advocate.

Hi, I’m Cori. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or simply longing for a safe place to process what you’re experiencing, you don’t have to walk through it alone. Perhaps you are working through betrayal, grief, postpartum struggles, relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, or something you can’t quite put into words. Whatever brings you to counseling, my desire is to meet you where you are, listen deeply to your unique story, and provide a compassionate, dependable place where you feel heard, supported, and advocated for as you move toward healing.

My understanding of betrayal is both professional and personal. After walking through betrayal in my own marriage, I began leading support groups for women and men experiencing relationship and sexual betrayal. I know how disorienting and painful betrayal can be, and I also know the importance of having safe people who are willing to sit with you in that pain. My own healing was deeply shaped by my faith in Jesus and by the people God placed around me to help carry what felt too heavy to carry alone.

In counseling, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy to help you explore the beliefs you hold about yourself and the story you have come to believe about your life. Together, we can identify thoughts that may no longer serve you, consider new perspectives, and help you move toward a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

A little about me personally: I’m a born-and-raised Oregonian, a pastor’s daughter who married a pastor’s son, and the mom of three sons whom I love watching grow into young men. I am currently a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Seminary in Portland and expect to complete my master’s degree in 2029. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Portland and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from George Fox University.

Beginning Late 2026 to early 2027, I will also be leading a Betrayal and Beyond support group for women recovering from relationship and sexual betrayal.

Wherever you find yourself today, I want you to know this: I see you. I hear you. And you do not have to carry this alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as we discover what healing—and the next chapter of your story—can look like.
